Hey Thomas welcome to Arsenal Del Metalero, i know you are playing in Thevetat can you tell how the band started?
Sure I think its easy to say I was not doing anything for a while. I spoke to a few people about getting a death metal band together but nobody seemed to be on the same wave length or didnt have the dedication. I had plenty of material written and began to spread it around. I jammed with Craig Smilowski once which was sick, but not practical location wise. I found local guys John Rojas and Matt Slagle for guitar and drums respectively and right now am still organizing the lineup.What is the reason for the name of the band?
Well I read a lot of stuff and came across the name. Its a dragon and appears in a few mythologies, stories, etc. According to writings, it was a king that neither learned or aquired knowledge but was all knowing. Its dark and heavy the way this band is and will corrupt everything.The band didnt release an album are you thinking release a new album for this 2012?
No obviously writing the album comes first. I feel this is strong material and am excited to release an album. Who knows what will come first, demo, ep? focusing on quality then things will take their courses.The band have some lyrics whats behind this lyrics?
Nothing really concrete yet. Mostly titles, lines and it will turn heads for sure. This music is coming from a dark place, lifes enduring trials, and battles and has only improved the songwriting.
I know Thomas u like latin metal what are your favorite latin metal bands?
Im familiar with some. Of course Sepultura from years ago. Very influential. Headhunter DC, Mortem. Impiety did an album in Mexico. Theres definately some raw bands coming from there.Do you have a message for your fans?
