Hey guys I'm doing just great. Alive and well with a new record in stores. All is as it should be.The band have a new release: "The Emergence of Reptilian Altars" what is the reason for the name of this album?
The central concept behind the album title is conscious transformation. "The Emergence of Reptilian Altars" represents the transformation from the higher Human vibrational states/altars to that of the lower Reptilian Order.
The title is twofold in its nature. In one case the individual is consciously transforming into the reptilian dimensions. The premise of exploration being that of destroying evil with evil The searcher is looking to transcend and resolve the utter blackness so that it may be possible to peer further into the arcane mysteries. In the second the individual is being transformed unconsciously to the the lower reptilian frequencies.These are the lower vibrational states/altars which dominate the individual with compulsions of fear and aggression.What is the concept behind the lyrics for this new album?
Well its a short journey into occult mysteries and dark topics mainly this time around. Not so much related to the martial arts even though our new singer Joey is a Gracie black belt. Its a very evil record.Who did the art for the album? and why the back of a statue represent the album?
Alex Eckman Lawn did the cover as he works for willowtip records.It wasnt so much even related to the songs was a piece he did and I happen to like the vibe of.Its more of a dark mysterious figure then a statue.Perhaps a demon shifting into reptilian form depending on how you view it.How was the recording session of this new release?
The recording was very smooth.It took a bit of time however to get it all done. But recording with Steve Deacutis at sound spa productions is phenominal.Do you think come to South America?
Honestly I cant answer that. All i can say is you never know. Ive been around the world a bit with Hate Eternal and you just never know man. But nothing is set as of now tour wise.Do you have a message for the fans?
Well I would say thanks to my loyal followers over the past 25 years and hope any new fans of brutal metal will check out the Emergence..Ive been in the game for 27 years now making savage shit so if you like it violent and sick.Its right up your alley. Thanks for the interview.

Bienvenido a Arsenal Del Metalero. Rob ¿cómo estás? y ¿Cómo van los nuevos proyectos de Thyphus?
Gracias por la entrevista hermano del metal. Todo está bien y yo mismo he estado muy ocupado últimamente. El nuevo CD de MAUSOLEUM ya está disponible en Razorback Records y hemos estado tocando en varios lados en los últimos 3 meses. Estos son los PRIMEROS shows de MAUSOLEUM después de 10 años de existencia. La respuesta ha sido grande y muchas personas disfrutan de los clásicos del estilo antiguo del death metal que tocamos. Adoramos las bandas de principios como Autopsy, Death, Necrophagia, etc, queremos preservar el Metal que nos inspiró a tocar el Death Metal. Estamos preparando este mes para grabar nuestras canciones para el próximo 12" split con Cardiac Arrest, Offal and Scaremaker en Goatgrind Records que será lanzado en algún momento de 2012. También he estado trabajando en mi proyecto de Black Thrash: XUL, he escrito alrededor de 10 canciones y demos de las pistas con la ayuda de Lord Typhus y Dusk of TYPHUS. El plan es grabar estos temas en algún momento de 2012 y es de esperar encontrar el label adecuado para lanzar el CD.El año pasado, la banda lanzo un álbum: "Grand Molesters of the Holy Trinity" estan pensando lanzar un nuevo disco para este 2012?
Nos hemos estado preparando para terminar las canciones para el tercer Full Lenght de THYPHUS. Lord Typhus ha estado escribiendo un montón de material nuevo y creo que lo vamos a grabar en algún momento del 2012. No estoy seguro de que el CD será lanzado todavía, ya que es demasiado pronto para especular.¿Estan pensando en dar un recorrido por este 2012? ¿tal vez una gira por Sudamérica?
Realmente nos gustaría llevar a cabo ello en América del Sur, sólo que no hemos hablado aun al respecto todavía. Si conocen a la gente adecuada por favor díganles que nos contacten al respecto. THYPHUS sólo toca para una cantidad limitada en los EE.UU.. Hemos hablado con los promotores de traer a THYPHUS a Europa, tal vez en el 2012 podamos cumplir con esta meta.¿Cómo esta la escena black metalera en EE.UU.?
La escena del metal en los EE.UU. en general es de limitada multitud, pequeña en la mayoría de los espectáculos. Fuera de los grandes eventos que realmente no se ve más que 50 a 70 personas en un show. Incluso en las grandes ciudades como Nueva York las multitudes son muy pequeñas en estos días. La multitud es la misma gente que se muestra en el metal hace 20 años. No es un grupo nuevo que se está metiendo en la música, es la misma gente que todavía va a los espectáculos de la escena del metal de los 90. La mayoría de los niños en estos días son posers de mierda y escuchan la música más alegre que haya habido jamás! El ir a tiendas como: Hot Topic para comprar música, y todavia tienen las pelotas para llamar eso ¿METAL? Cuando la música tiene voces extrañas con bandas como Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, etc, etc, estos niños tienen las pelotas para llamar eso ¿Death Metal? AL CARAJO y yo digo ¿esos compositores están bromeando? Ellos no saben ni cómo apoyar el metal en la forma en que la gente en la escena lo hacia en los años 90. La gente viajaba horas para ver los shows, ahora es difícil sacarlos de la casa o lejos de la computadora para llegar a un espectáculo en absoluto.¿Tienes algun mensaje para los fans?

Welcome to Arsenal Del Metalero. Rob how are you? and How goes the new projects for Typhus?
Thanks for the interview brother of metal. All is well and I myself have been quite busy lately for sure. The new MAUSOLEUM CD is out now on Razorback Records and we have been playing several shows now over the past 3 months. These are the first shows for MAUSOLEUM ever!! After 10 yrs of existence. The response has been great and many people enjoy the classic old death metal style that we play. We worship the early bands like Autopsy, Death, Necrophagia, etc, we want to preserve the metal that inspired us to play Death Metal. We are preparing this month to record our tracks for the upcoming 12" split with Cardiac Arrest, Offal and Scaremaker on Goatgrind Records which will be released sometime in 2012. Also I have been working on my Black Thrash project XUL, I have written about 10 songs and demo the tracks with some help from Lord Typhus and Dusk of TYPHUS. The plan is to record these tracks sometime in 2012 and hopefully find the proper label to release the CD.The last year the band release an album:"Grand Molesters of the Holy Trinity" are you thinking release a new album for this 2012?
We have been preparing to finalize the songs for the 3rd TYPHUS full legnth CD. Lord Typhus has been writting a lot of new material and the I think we will record this sometime in 2012. I am not sure when the CD will be released yet as that is too far down the road to speculate.Are you thinking give a tour for this 2012? maybe a south american tour?
We would really like to perform in South America, we just havent been approached about it yet. If you know the right people please have them contact us about it. TYPHUS has only play a limited amount of shows in the USA. We have talked with promotors about bringing TYPHUS to Europe, perhaps in 2012 we can accomplish these deeds.How is the Black Metal scene in USA?
The Metal scene in the USA generally is limited, small crowds at most shows. Outside of the big festivals you dont really see more than 50 - 70 people at a show. Even in big cities like NYC the crowds are quite small these days. The crowd is the same people that were at the metal shows 20 years ago. It isnt a new crowd that is getting into the music, it is the same people are still going to shows from the 90's metal scene. Most kids these days are fucking posers and listen to the gayest music ever!! The go to Hot Topic to buy music, then they have the balls to call it METAL ? When music has queer vocals like bands Avenge Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, etc etc these kids have the balls to call it Death Metal? FUCK OFF POSERS are they fucking kidding?? They do not know how to support fucking metal in the way that the people in the scene did in the 90's. People would drive hours to see shows, now it is hard to get them out of the house or away from the computer to come to a show at all.Do you have a message for the fans?

Entrevista a Dave Bizzigotti de Speed Kill Hate

La banda de Thrash Metal, alterna de Dave Linsk (Overkill): Speed Kill Hate, acaba de lanzar en Enero su nueva produccion: "Out For Blood" en la que tuvimos oportunidad de conversar de manera muy rapida y directa con: Dave Bizzigotti guitarrista de Speed Kill Hate acerca de temas referentes sobre la banda en lo que al nuevo disco concierne, y nos comento que a nivel de ventas del album esta yendo bastante bien, cuando le preguntamos acerca de como fueron los dias de grabacion del disco nos comento: "Grabar fue como pasarla con los amigos... Bob y Dave colaboraron en las letras de las canciones yo me encargue del arte en el disco".
Cuando le preguntamos como fue la respuesta del cambio de vocalista el cual es ahora: Bob Barnak y ya no: Mario Frasca nos comento: "Muy bien la respuesta de ellos fue bastante buena".
Tuvimos oportunidad de preguntarle por curiosidad ya que comparten un miembro de Overkill si gustarian de una gira con Overkill o hacer un disco split con ellos, y nos comento que grabar con overkill: "no pero una gira con ellos eso uno no lo sabe".
Gentilmente se despidio de los fans diciendo: Gracias Luis y sí .... gracias por todo el apoyo, los fans del metal son los verdaderos fans de todos. cuanto más nos apoyen más que podemos dar a todos ustedes .... rulean increiblemente !!!!!!!!!!!

Interwiew to Dave Bizzigotti.from Speed Kill Hate

Dave Linsk’s thrash metal side Project: Speed Kill Hate, just released in january it’s new production: “Out For Blood” in wich we had the oportunity to talk very quickly with Dave Bizzigotti, (guitar) about the band’s songs and in wich the new album concerns and he comented us about chart sales of the album wich is going really well, when we asked him about how the recording process days went, he comented us this: "Recording was like hanging with your friends....Bob and Dave collaborated on the lyrics and i did the cover artwork".

When we asked him how was the answer of the public about the new vocalist, wich is now Bob Barnak and not Mario Frasca anymore, he told us: "very well.....i think the response was awesome." We had teh cnance to ask him, just to be curious because they share an overkill member if they’d like to make a tour with overkill or make a split cd with them, he answered that: no recording with overkill play together? you never know. And he say bye to the fans saying: "Thank you Luis and yeah....thanks for all the support, metal fans are the truest fans of all. the more you support us the more we can give....all of you fucking rule!!!!!!!!!!!".

Entrevista a Joseph Pugsy Casolaro de Social Decay

Bienvenido Joseph a esta Entrevista. Podrias contar para Arsenal del Metalero algo acerca de ¿cómo la banda comenzó? porque lo único que se es que ustedes hicieron una pausa en los años 90 para dedicarse a otros proyectos, hasta el 2009 ¿Cómo fue volver a tocar otra vez?
Ok, bueno la banda comenzó en 1984 yo no era miembro aun en ese tiempo, pero fue Tommy, que hicieron algunas demostraciones y tocaron en un par de shows en ese momento Dave Johnson cantaba echa un vistazo a la demo de 6 canciones de 1985 en vinilo .... y Steve estaba cantando y después tocando el bajo en uno de los espectáculos que se encontraba y se convirtió en un rumor de fans alrededor de la ciudad y se fueron en busca de un cantante. Steve había dejado la banda y Dave se unió en ese momento Joe estaba en la batería .. El tenia 15 en ese tiempo. Hemos tocado en un par de shows con Joe en la batería, pero a su edad era un poco problematico y fue reemplazado por Eddie (Boppo). Un amigo mío me dijo que debía probar asi que hice y en el primero no lo entiendo, pero unos meses más tarde fue llamado por Tommy y yo estaba en ... Poco después de que Dave dejó la banda hizo la agresión letal y luego Mike Roberts (Cabeza de Chorlito) y Rob se unió Hultz SD hemos tenido una buena carrera desde entonces hasta 1993 nos separamos y no los diferentes proyectos musicales. Yo creo que todos un poco mucho de menos estar en la decadencia social desde hace años hicimos una pequeña reunión en Hgts Island. nuestro asidero de edad. Tuvimos Boppo Sin embargo en ese momento pasó un año más tarde y se pierde mucho por todos. En el año 2006 se pregunte a jugar una reunión con Agnostic Front y Madball hicimos el show. Tuvimos Timmy de Tommys tambores banda Godspeed juego y llegó Rob H. atascado y con nosotros también ... Después de que un poco hablaba de volver a estar juntos para siempre pasamos por un bateristas unos pocos bajistas pocos Tuvimos regreso Tim y David volvió de California.Things poco cayó en place.We atascado y escribimos nuestra primera nueva canción después de 20 años .. El odio es donde está el corazón ... era grande y poderoso y se sentía como en los viejos tiempos.

Welcome Joseph in this interwiew can you tell to Arsenal del Metalero something about how the band started? cuz the only thing we know you guys did a break in the early 90's to pursue other projects in 2009 How was back to play again?
Ok well the band started in 1984 i was not a member at that point in time but Tommy was, they did some demo's and played a few shows at that time Dave Johnson was singing check out the 6 song 1985 demo on vinyl.... and then Steve was singing later and playing bass one of the shows i was at and became a fan rumor around town was they were looking for a singer.Steve had left the band and Dave joined at that time Joe was on Drums..He was 15 at the time. We played a few shows with Joe on Drums but his age was kinda of problem he was replaced by Eddie (Boppo). A friend of mine said i should try out i did and at 1st didn't get it but a few months later was called by Tommy and i was in....Soon after Dave left the band did lethal Aggression and then Mike Roberts(lunkhead) and Rob Hultz joined S.D. we had a good run from then till 1993 we split and did different projects musically .I kinda think we all really missed being in Social Decay for years we did a small reunion in Island Hgts. our old stomping ground. We had Boppo Still at that point he passed a few years later and is missed very much by all. In 2006 we were ask to play a reunion with Agnostic Front and Madball we did the show. We had Timmy from Tommys band Godspeed play drums and Rob H. came and jammed with us too... After that we kinda talked about getting back together for good we went thru a few drummers a few bass players We had Tim comeback and then Dave came back from California.Things kinda fell into place.We jammed and wrote our 1st new song after 20 years.. Hate is where the heart is... it was great and powerful and felt like old times.Your last album was:"Sick Society", can you tell about how was the process the recording session?
We went into Trax East to record our new stuff and some old stuff recording was fun and the guys at Trax East did a great job.What is the reason of this name for this Full Lenght?
We called it Sick Society from a song the band did in the 80's and we still do to this day we named it that because the world is a sick place sometimes, corruption in our government , crimes against people,murders.....Would you like come to Latin America and play in a South American tour?
We toured Texas in Sept. with H.R.A. Heavy Roach Activity those guys are great dudes! Check them out!!!! we would love to tour South America!!!The sound of the band is of the old school american metal hardcore school but how do you see the evolution of Hardcore Metal in this years because now we listen a new different sound of hardcore metal with bands like: hatebreed, sworn enemy, etc?
The evolution of hardcore alot of the bands today lost something and alot sound the same it lacks alot of passion and heart. Maybe im jaded. because im older and knew what it was back in the day.... I do like some of the newer bands. i try to keep an open mind...I mostly listen to old school hardcore I'm more of an old school Hardcore guy...But i do listen to new music of all kinds... things in the early years of hardcore was different time and place from now as long as the music remains true and recognizes its origins i will continue to listen...Do your have a message for your fans?
For the fans...first off thank you for letting us be us and being true fans we would be nothing with out you,its not about being a tough guy listen to the message in the music and never be a follower make up your own mind always question everything that can or will effect your world and life.

La banda comenzó en 1998, y comenzó su carrera musical con el album "Haunted Eons", es bueno tenerte en esta entrevista Rob, ¿cómo van los nuevos proyectos en la banda?
La banda está muy bien. Aunque hemos tenido un montón de problemas y con la línea de cambios a lo largo de los años, Necrodemon siempre tira para adelante. Ha sido un largo camino, pero yo no lo haría de ninguna otra manera. Necrodemon permaneceremos fieles a nuestro estilo de vida y el significado del metal. Hemos estado escribiendo un montón de material nuevo y que es lo mejor que hemos hecho. Las nuevas canciones tienen un sonido excepcional.El ultimo álbum Necrodemon fue: "Reclamation of the Stygian Throne" (EP) en el 2009. ¿Creen lanzar un nuevo álbum?
Pronto se va a grabar un nuevo EP y después de eso, vamos a empezar en nuestro nuevo álbum de larga duración. El Ep contará con tres canciones y dos de ellos van a ser presentado como un 7 "de grabacion.¿Qué podemos esperar de esta nuevo lanzamiento?
El 7" será sin duda lanzando en algún momento de mediados del 2012 y con un full lenght debería estar saliendo un poco después. Más rápido que antes. Más pesado que antes. Necrodemon siempre cambia en cada versión, pero aún se mantiene dentro de nuestro sonido y estilo. El 7" sera bastante Black Metal intenso y nuestro álbum el resultado final de todo el género como nuestros resultados de otros discos ha sido.Este álbum ¿tendrá un concepto en las letras?
Hicimos un álbum conceptual: "Ice Fields of Hyperion". Probablemente no va a hacer un álbum de concepto en el corto plazo, pero en realidad todas las canciones Necrodemon son un concepto en sí mismo.Tu me dijiste por Facebook que Bobby de la legendaria banda de thrash metal: slaughter, dijo que gusto de Necrodemon. ¿crees que es posible en este nuevo lanzamiento la participación y colaboración de él en este nuevo álbum?
Me leistes la mente! Sí, estamos preguntandole para que haga una participacion como ya hemos hablado.¿Crees que es posible ver a Necrodemon en América del Sur?
Esperamos que sí. Asi como hemos hecho millones de muestra en los EE.UU. Nos gustaría salir del país y tocar para los metaleros en todo el mundo.En estos 13 años como banda, ¿cómo ves la evolución de Necrodemon?
Me siento orgulloso de Necrodemon. Siempre hemos evolucionado musicalmente y líricamente. Estamos fieles a nuestras raíces pero se ramifican en los diferentes ámbitos del género del Metal. Nunca se adhieren a un solo estilo.¿Tienes algún mensaje para los lectores del Arsenal Del Metalero en América Latina?
Sí, lo creo. Ustedes son increiblemente impresionantes! Esten metaleros. No dejen que nada ni nadie se interponga en su camino. Si te gusta el Death Metal, Black Metal, Power Metal, Speed Metal, Thrash Metal, Heavy Metal, o cualquier otro estilo de metal mantener la fe y el corazón de metalero vivo. No hay otra música con tanta dedicación y lealtad. Todos ustedes son la razón de hacer esto. Se lo agradecemos. Amamos a nuestros fans y siempre les damos respeto. Levanta tu cerveza y estar siempre orgullosos de que usted es un metalero. Nadie es como tú.

The band is doing great. Although we have had alot of problems and line up changes over the years, Necrodemon always pulls through. It's been a long road but I wouldn't have it any other way. We are Necrodemon and we stay true to the meaning and lifestyle of Metal. We have been writing alot of new material and it is the best we have ever done. The new songs are sounding great.The last Necrodemon album was: Reclamation of the Stygian Throne (EP)in 2009. Do you think release a new album?
Soon we will be recording a new EP and after that yes we will begin on our new full length album. The Ep will feature 3 songs and two of them are going to be featured as a 7" record.What can we expect of this new realease?
The 7" will definitely be out sometime in the middle of 2012 and a new full length should come shortly afterwards. Faster than before. heavier than before. Necrodemon always changes on every release but still remains within our sound and style. The 7" will be total Black Metal pretty much and our album will end up be all over the genre as our other releases have been.
This album will have a concept behind the lyrics?
We did a whole concept album on "Ice Fields of Hyperion". We probably won't do a whole concept album anytime soon but actually every Necrodemon song is a concept in itself.You told me in facebook Bobby of the legendary thrash metal band: Slaughter, told you his like for Necrodemon. do you think is possible in this release the participation and collaboration of him in this new album?
You read my fucking mind man! Yes we are currently asking him to do a guest part as we speak.Do you think is possible see Necrodemon in South America?
We hope so. we have done millions of shows in the USA. We'd like to get out of the country and play for metalheads worldwide.In this 13 years like band how do you see the evolution of Necrodemon?
I am proud of Necrodemon. we have always evolved musically and lyrically. We stand true to our roots yet branch out into different realms of the metal genre. We never stick to just one style.Do you have any message for the readers of arsenal del metalero in Latin America?
Yes I do. You guys are fucking awesome! Stay metal. Don't let anyone or anything stand in your way. Whether you like Death, Black, Power, Speed, Thrash, Heavy, or any other style of Metal keep the faith and heart of Metal alive. There is no other music with so much dedication and allegiance. You all are why we do this. We appreciate it. We love our fans and always give them respect. Raise your beer and stand proud that you are a metalhead. Nobody else is like you.
