Interview to Sako Kasparian from Melankoly

Hail Sako it’s good to know that the band released the album "Through Sickness and Death" how were the days in the studio? And how do you feel after a lot of work in this new album?We learned a lot from recording the first album We had our ups and downs
but mainly we were very excited... it went smoothly we were impatient to hear the finished album.Why did you choose this name for the new album? And what is the concept behind this name?
In the album we're describing a mentally sick person sickened by different twisted things in life and society if u may what we mean by the name is the stages of life "through sickness" as the sickness of the person described in many ways in the album "and death" as in whatever we do the end will always be death.I had the chance to hear one on the new songs from the new released "kings of my army" WOW this song represents an evolution for the sound of the band can u tell me what is the concept behind the lyrics? How was the process to create this song?
Well yes the change is very clear in the sound esp. “kings of my army" actually while recording another song we came up with the riffs of this one so we ended up changing the whole song. In the lyrics we're saying that everyone should be a king and should
bow dawn to no leader nor myth.Who designed the front cover of this new release? And what does it represent?
The front cover is hand drawn by a local artist Robin Alikian and designed by Noor Semaan ,the person in the stray jacket symbolizes a person who’s against the higher pathetic control systems , and the daemon with the violin symbolizes those higher figures still trying to force control.I know the band is searching for a label what labels do u have in mind to send the new album?
We will send both albums to some record labels hoping to get a good deal.Before we finish any last messages?
